Product Details
This pipeline X-Ray inspection system is specially designed for pipeline-transported pastes, sauces, liquid and semi-solid viscous foods. It can accurately detect and automatically reject high-density contaminants including metal, bones, stones, glass and other foreign impurities in flowing materials.
1. Equipped with 210W, 40-80KV X-Ray source, achieving high detection sensitivity without products: Φ0.3mm stainless steel ball, Φ0.2*2mm stainless steel wire, Φ1.0mm ceramic and Φ1.0mm glass.
2. Stable working speed up to 30m/min, matched with 3-Way Valve rejector to instantly divert contaminated fluid materials during pipeline transportation.
3. Adopts 17-inch colored touch screen with Windows System, supports LAN Port and USB Port for inspection data storage, export and traceability.
4. Ultra-low X-Ray leakage less than 1μSv per hour, fully complies with global radiation safety standards for food workshops.
5. Full IP69 high waterproof protection grade, whole machine main body made of SUS304 stainless steel, easy to fully wash and meet strict food sanitation requirements.
6. Wide applicable operating environment: temperature -10℃ ~ 40℃, humidity 30% ~ 90%; power supply AC220V±10% 50/60Hz with maximum power 1.5KVA, compatible with global production lines.
