Product Details
This X-Ray system can realize real-time fat content measurement of various meats, integrating foreign contaminant detection and automatic weighing functions. It helps factories improve meat product quality, cut production costs and realize accurate batch quality control, applicable to all kinds of fresh meat, diced meat, minced meat, steak and other meat materials.
1. Equipped with dual energy TDI X-Ray detector (0.4/0.8mm) and multi-power X-Ray tube (350W/480W, 40-120KV), supports three-in-one inspection: foreign object detection, fat content analysis and weight measurement at the same time.
2. High precision fat measurement accuracy of ±1CL (±1%), adjustable conveyor running speed from 10-90m/min.
3. Large processing capacity: bulk meat up to 30 tons per hour, packaged meat up to 2400 packages per hour, fits high-speed meat production lines.
4. 17-inch color touch screen with Windows 10 system, equipped with LAN, USB and Ethernet ports for data storage, export and remote data transmission.
5. Ultra-low X-Ray leakage less than 1μSv/h, with full protective cabinet and safety curtains to guarantee operator radiation safety.
6. Full IP66 protection grade, main body made of SUS304 stainless steel, easy to wash and meets food hygiene standards.
