Product Details
Specially developed metal detection system for liquids and fluids, used to identify metal contaminants inside fluid products, widely applicable to liquid, semi-solid and viscous foods such as sauces, meat paste, sausage filling, beverages, ice cream and jam.
1. Adopts 7-inch touch screen for easy operation, supports storing multiple groups of product parameters.
2. Equipped with three-way pneumatic valve as standard rejector, automatically diverts contaminated materials once metal impurities are detected.
3. Food-grade Teflon pipeline is sanitary and temperature-resistant, connected via clamp flange for quick disassembly and cleaning, fully compliant with food safety standards.
4. IP66 high protection grade, wider operating temperature range of 0℃~80℃, adapts to hot filling production lines.
5. Adjustable flow speed range of 15-40m/min, standard body length 1000mm, customizable body length to match different production line layouts.
6. Whole machine frame is SUS304 stainless steel, with movable casters and adjustable foot pads for flexible installation; dual voltage power supply (220V/110V 50~60Hz) fits global factories.
