Product Details
Specifically designed for detecting metal contaminants in small packaged products such as aluminum foil-wrapped foods, widely applied to packed coffee sticks, packaged small snacks and other aluminum film packaged goods.
1. Equipped with touch screen for intuitive operation, multiple product parameters can be preset and stored.
2. Stable working speed up to 30m/min, with different sensitivity levels for FE and SUS304 stainless steel to match various inspection requirements.
3. Built-in audible and visual alarm to remind operators once metal impurities are detected, multiple types of rejectors are optional for automatic removal of defective products.
4. Whole machine main body adopts SUS304 stainless steel, IP54 protection grade, corrosion-resistant and compliant with food hygiene standards.
5. Flexible frame size configuration: standard body length 1000mm, customized length and detection aperture sizes are available to fit different production lines.
6. Wide applicable working environment: temperature range 0℃~40℃, humidity 30%~95%; dual voltage power supply 220V/110V±10 50(60)Hz for global use.
