Product Details
This X-Ray inspection system is designed for packaging seal defect detection. It can identify sealing area foreign material trapping, oil leakage and other packaging defects, while simultaneously detecting metal, glass, ceramic and other high-density foreign contaminants. It supports optional integrated vision inspection module to detect low-density foreign impurities and seal flaws on transparent packaging. It has no limitation on packaging materials, compatible with aluminum foil, metallized film, PE bags and all other composite packaging materials, widely applied to bagged face masks, foil-wrapped gummies and various foil-packaged food products.
1. Equipped with 150/210W, 40-80KV X-Ray tube and 0.4mm TDI high-precision X-Ray detector, stable detection sensitivity without product interference: Φ0.3mm stainless steel ball, Φ0.2*2mm stainless steel wire, Φ1.0mm ceramic, Φ1.0mm glass.
2. Conveyor belt running speed adjustable from 10-60m/min, adaptable to medium and high-speed packaging production lines.
3. Adopts 17-inch colored touch screen with Windows System, built-in LAN Port and USB Port for real-time data storage, export and full production traceability.
4. Multiple reject modes optional: sound alarm, automatic line stop and air blast rejector to automatically separate defective packages with seal defects or foreign objects.
5. Graded protection standard: IP66 waterproof for inspection tunnel, IP54 for other machine parts; whole machine frame made of SUS304 stainless steel, easy to clean and meets food & cosmetic hygiene standards.
6. Wide applicable operating environment: temperature -10℃ ~ 40℃, humidity 30% ~ 90%; dual voltage power supply AC220V/110V±10% 50/60Hz with maximum power 1.5KVA, suitable for global manufacturing workshops.
