Product Details
This dual energy X-Ray inspection system is specially designed for meat processing lines to detect residual bones inside meat products, including clavicle, fan bone, calcified bone, rib bone, wishbone and other bone impurities. It is widely applied to chicken breast, boneless chicken wings, sausages and other meat goods.
1. Equipped with HD 0.4mm X-Ray detector and different power X-Ray generators (350W / 480W) to achieve ultra-high detection sensitivity for bones, stainless steel, ceramic and glass contaminants.
2. Adopts 17-inch colored touch screen with Windows System, built-in LAN Port and USB Port for inspection data storage, export and remote transmission.
3. Conveyor belt speed adjustable from 5-40m/min to match different meat production line speeds.
4. Multiple reject modes optional: sound alarm, automatic machine stop, air blast rejector to separate defective products with bone residues.
5. Ultra-low X-Ray leakage less than 1μSv per hour, fully meets global radiation safety standards.
6. Graded protection level: IP66 for inspection tunnel, IP54 for the rest machine parts; main body made of SUS304 stainless steel, easy to clean and food hygienic.
7. Wide working environment: temperature -10℃ ~ 40℃, humidity 30% ~ 95%; power supply AC220V±10% 50/60Hz with max power 1.5KVA, suitable for global factories.
