Product Details
This system integrates X-Ray, vision cameras, infrared and multispectral technologies with AI algorithms, realizing all-round inspection for bulk loose materials. It can detect foreign contaminants including metal, glass, stones, plastic, leaves, insects, paper fragments, as well as color difference, abnormal shape, internal and external product defects. It is widely applied to bulk nuts, bulk coffee beans, bulk candy, dates and other bulk materials.
1. Adopts 17-inch color touch screen with Windows system for intuitive operation, equipped with LAN and USB data interfaces for data storage and transmission.
2. High-performance X-Ray tube (210W/350W, 40-80KV) delivers ultra-high detection sensitivity: detects Φ0.3mm stainless steel ball, Φ0.2*2mm stainless steel wire, Φ1.0mm ceramic and Φ1.0mm glass without product interference.
3. Conveyor belt speed adjustable from 10-100m/min to match different production throughput requirements.
4. Comes with sound alarm and air blast rejector to automatically separate defective bulk materials once foreign matters or defective products are identified.
5. Graded protection rating: IP66 for the inspection tunnel and IP54 for the rest machine parts, fully adapted to food production workshop environments.
6. Wide operating environment range: temperature -10℃ ~ 40℃, humidity 30% ~ 90%; whole machine main body made of SUS304 stainless steel, food-safe and easy to clean.
7. Max power consumption 1.5KVA, supports AC220V±10% 50/60Hz power supply, compatible with global factory power standards.
